Lindy is a Licensed mental health and addiction counselor in eastern N.C. She earned a BA in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill and received her Masters in Social Work and Counseling from East Carolina University. She is licensed in NC as an LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker and LCAS Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. She has over 10 years of experience in psychiatric private practice and counseling.
Lindy’s areas of expertise include domestic issues, divorce, couples counseling, addiction, family therapy, and codependency. She has 10 years of experience working in integrated care health systems and understands the benefits of both psychopharmacology and cognitive therapy to address mental health disorders. She has extensive experience working with children and adults with ADD and learning disabilities.
Lindy lives in eastern N.C. with her husband and three children. She is a member of the United Methodist Church and enjoys cooking, exercise, sports and spending time outdoors with family.
